Directions

Keep refrigerated. Needs to be fully cooked. Remove from package before cooking.

Oven

1. Heat oven to 350°F. Place tenderloin on foil-lined rimmed baking pan.
2. Bake for 30 to 50 minutes (30 to 35 minutes per pound) or until fully cooked. Allow to rest 5 minutes before slicing.

For food safety, cook to 145°F throughout as measured with a meat thermometer. Oven temperatures and product thickness may vary; adjust cooking times accordingly. Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.
