Easy Stovetop Directions
What You Need  
2 lb. chicken breasts (cut into 1-inch chunks) 
1 Tbsp. oil 
Good & Gather Chicken Pot Pie Cooking Sauce 
1 to 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, cooked 

What You Do  
1. HEAT oil in a very large skillet on MEDIUM-HIGH heat. Add chicken and sauté until golden brown.  
2. ADD cooking sauce and 1 ¼ jars of water, used to rinse the jar. Partially cover, bring to a boil then reduce heat to MEDIUM-LOW. Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.  
3. STIR in cooked vegetables. Enjoy with rice, pasta or fresh biscuits.   

For food safety, cook to 165°F throughout. Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.

Easy Slow Cooker Directions
2 lb. chicken breasts (cut into 1-inch chunks)

¼ cup water
1 to 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, cooked

1. Add chicken, cooking sauce and ¼ cup water used to rinse the jar to 6-qt. slow cooker. Stir to coat; cover.
2. Cook on low for 3 to 4 hours or until chicken is cooked through.
3. Stir in cooked vegetables. Enjoy with rice, pasta, or fresh biscuits.
For food safety, cook to 165°F throughout. Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.

Easy Pressure Cooker Directions
2 lb. chicken breasts (cut into 1-inch chunks) 
1 Tbsp. oil
Good & Gather Chicken Pot Pie Cooking Sauce 
½ cup water
1 to 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, cooked 

1. Heat oil in 6-qt. electric pressure cooker pot on sauté; add chicken. Sauté until surface of chicken is no longer pink. Add cooking sauce and ½ cup water used to rinse the jar.
2. Cover and lock lid closed, making sure steam valve is in seal position. Set to pressure cook on high for 10 minutes.
3. Allow pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then carefully turn steam valve to vent position to release remaining pressure. Stir in cooked vegetables. Enjoy with rice, pasta or fresh biscuits.
