These frozen tuna steaks were wild caught through sustainable methods so you can feel confident about your environmental impact and the taste you’re enjoying. They also provide 28 grams of protein and half a gram of fat per serving to help you meet your nutrition needs. Directions

Yellowfin tuna needs to be fully cooked. Do not refreeze if thawed. Do not microwave. 

Thaw
Cold Water – Place sealed vacuum pouch in water for 30 minutes until steaks are completely thawed, then immediately remove from pouch. If not using immediately, remove fish from pouch before storing in refrigerator.

Refrigerator – For food safety, remove steaks from all packaging. Place in a rimmed dish; refrigerate 8 to 10 hours.

Skillet
1. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in nonstick skillet over MEDIUM heat.
2. Pat thawed steak dry with paper towel. Season as desired. Place in skillet.
3. Cook 10 to 12 minutes, turning once, until fish flakes easily with fork.

Oven
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Brush thawed steak with olive oil, season as desired and place in pan.
3. Bake 16 to 20 minutes until fish flakes easily with fork.

For food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 145°F as measured by a food thermometer. Appliances and steak thickness may vary; adjust cooking times accordingly. Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.”
